RTC Hosts Russian Professor to Share IL Philosophy and Practice


InRussian prof visits RTC the spring of 2010, the RTC/IL hosted Evgeny Beletskiy, a professor from Komsomolsk-na-Amure State Technical University in Russia, to discuss the independent living movement for people with disabilities in the U.S.

Beletskiy was especially interested in learning about higher education resources for people who are blind or visually impaired.

During his visit, Magario introduced Prof. Beletskiy to online resources that help people who are visually impaired learn a second language.
