increase overall quality of life
for people with disabilities.

David Morrissey (center), Executive Director of U.S. International Council on Disability, met with RGRIL members on May 9, 2011 to discuss the United States and the International Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD). The CRPD is the first international human rights convention of the 21st Century and the first treaty to address disability rights globally.
