Currently, we have paid graduate student assistant position openings for research projects involving HCBS waivers, center for independent living services, and grassroots environmental change projects. Please contact Glen White, Ph.D., (glen@ku.edu) for more information.
We also are part of the University of Kansas Applied Behavioral Science Department that offers graduate specialized research strands in physical disabilities, independent living, and other focus areas. Most students admitted to the Applied Behavioral Science department are given some form of financial assistance. To learn more about these programs and admission information, view http://www.absc.ku.edu/graduate/
View Research Group on Rehabilitation and Independent Living to learn about our graduate student activities.
In addition to graduate and post-graduate training, we also do conference presentations, training workshops, and other activities to further encourage the use of our research findings.
